Designer Graphics stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 3 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will either reprint the order, or credit the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs, for use on a future purchase.

Designer Graphics takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Designer Graphics does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

What is your return policy?

The order I received is not complete. What do I do?
If you have received your order and believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together. Please contact us for assistance.

If your order is incomplete or has not arrived, please contact us.Please have your name, e-mail address and order number available to help expedite our processing of your request.

What shipping methods do you use?
For deliveries within the United States, we generally deliver via the US Postal Service. For orders that exceed a weight of two pounds, we generally deliver via UPS or DHL.

Do you offer Rush delivery service?
Yes. We offer three business day rush shipping on orders shipped to US addresses placed before 5:00pm US PST. We're sorry, but rush shipping cannot be sent to a PO box. Processing times are estimated for continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Three business day rush shipping is not available for return address labels.

Can I cancel or change my order?
In an effort to keep costs down and to pass those savings along to customers in the form of great prices, orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Designer Graphics accepts the following payment methods on our secure site, 2Checkout.com:

Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card

Checks or money orders must be made payable to Designer Graphics. Please contact us for the mailing address.

Please note that the delivery expectations quoted on our web site are based upon the actual date your order is processed. If you choose to pay by check, your order will be processed once we have verified that your check has cleared.
